In the case of correcttriclinic anisotropy
with rotation
of the tensor of elastic moduli around
axes x1 and x3,
the migrated interface in the final stacked image coincides nearly
perfectly with the interface in the model used to compute
the recorded wave field.
For rotation around the axis x2 we observed
unexpected nearly vanishing part of the migrated
interface (Bucha, 2013b).
In the case of incorrecttriclinic anisotropy
without the rotation
of the tensor of elastic moduli, the errors of the migrated
interface depend on the axis around which we rotate and on
the rotation angle.
The errors increase with the angle of the rotation for all
rotation axes.
